Emma Lehnhardt is an aerospace executive with 15+ years experience, including leading multibillion-dollar space and technology initiatives. She was most recently a core member of the Gateway Program formulation and leadership team, serving as the Program Planning & Control (PP&C) manager for 7 years. In her role as the PP&C manager Emma led the team responsible for all the business operations, financial management, and program governance for the $7B+ Gateway program. Emma oversaw daily operations and business controls for Gateway, comprising 4 international partners, 5 prime contracts ($10B+ potential value), 40+ support contracts, and 1,000+ personnel.

Previous experience includes leading agency-wide strategic initiatives and budget planning for NASA’s $20B+ portfolio, as well as five years in the defense and aerospace consulting sector.
